Eating a balanced diet and exercising is the key to success in having a healthy and visually pleasing body, but on many occasions we make mistakes that make all the effort we put into training go to waste, because as you well know, diet is 80% of good results and sport 20%.
So that you don’t make the wrong choice, here are some foods to avoid after training, as the results will be counterproductive.
White bread
Yes, we know, we love it, but unfortunately this product contains excess flour and saturated calories that are very difficult to burn. So that you don’t suffer (as we do) you can change this food for some keto bread or even wholemeal bread. It’s all a matter of choice.
Coffee or alcohol
It’s not unusual for us to go out with our friends or boyfriend for a cup of coffee or a few drinks after training, and even though these drinks may look harmless, the sugar builds up in the body and those annoying little slices we hate so much start to come out.
Vegetables
I’m sure you’ll think we’re in a bad way, but no, we’re not telling you (just this once) to avoid them, but to accompany them with some protein like chicken, fish, quinoa or whatever you like. Remember that you have to make a balance and this part is important.
Light bars
Although we love them and they are delicious, the reality is that they are a deception, because they contain many calories and will not help you to fulfill your mission.
Dressings
They are delicious, but even though they sell them at the supermarket as “light products”, the best thing to do is to make your own at home, because that way you will know perfectly what ingredients are in it and you won’t be eating those extra calories that you avoided all day long.
