The benefits of moisturizing with honey
Honey is an excellent ingredient to add to your homemade recipes and enhance the hydration effect. A natural substance produced by bees, which comes from the nectar of flowers, has ideal vitamins to revitalize health, such as vitamins A, B2, C, D and E.
This combination of vitamins helps fight frizz, shedding, dryness and helps to strengthen the hair fiber, favoring hair growth. Furthermore, honey acts against seborrhea, due to its antibacterial properties.
