There are 8 different smoothies, which have 3 ingredients each, and you only need a blender to prepare them so they fit perfectly. In these smoothies we have combined vegetables and fruits to increase the vitamins in our smoothie.
Strawberry Smoothie
In the blender glass, prepare 8 strawberries, half a cup of Greek yogurt and half a cup of grated unsweetened coconut. Beat everything until it is a smooth and compact mixture. Decorate if desired with oatmeal and a little cinnamon powder. Delicious and simple.
Pineapple Green Smoothie
Prepare in the blender glass some spinach leaves, half a cup of pineapple and Greek yogurt. Beat until smooth and add half a cup of water. Continue beating until smooth. This recipe is perfect for a breakfast that will leave you satisfied and full of energy.
Mango and chia smoke
Place 8 pieces of mango in the glass of the blender with half a cup of milk and blend everything. Add a few chia seeds and continue to blend. To decorate, add some bitter chocolate shavings. It’s a delicious recipe.
Banana and chocolate
Put a peeled banana, two tablespoons of unsweetened peanut butter and some chocolate powder in the blender glass. Blend everything until it is a compact mixture. If it is too thick, add a little water to make it lighter. Decorate with grated coconut or a handful of almonds.
Green Apple Smoothie
Put a green apple with skin and no core in the blender, half a cup of spinach and some fresh ginger cut into small pieces (don’t put too much on it so that it doesn’t kill the taste of the apple). Blend everything until smooth. Accompany it with a slice of lemon.

Place half a red pepper (you can exchange it for a carrot), a peeled orange and 6 tablespoons of lemon juice in the glass of the mixer. Blend everything and decorate with some ground cinnamon.
Blue Berry Smoothie
In a blender glass, prepare about 150 grams of blueberries, a spoonful of cream cheese and half a cup of milk. Blend everything until smooth and decorate with shredded unsweetened coconut or oatmeal.
Banana green smoothie
Place a banana with some spinach leaves and half a coconut in a blender. Blend until smooth. To decorate, add some chopped almonds.
