Recipe for moisturizing mask with avocado for hair
- Choose a very ripe avocado and separate the pulp from the core. Knead well until it becomes a paste.
- Mix with another ingredient of your choice. The measure is one or two tablespoons, depending on the amount of avocado pulp you use. Go measuring with the eye. Some people use honey or yogurt. The most common, however, is to use a vegetable oil that you have at home, such as coconut oil, almond oil or even extra virgin olive oil.
- To boost the mixture, add a dessert spoon of glycerin. However, this tip is only valid if the air humidity is above 75%. Check your mobile weather app. Glycerin acts by pulling water from the environment. If the air is dry, it will make your hair even more dry.
- Wash your hair with shampoo and then apply the mask strand by strand, massaging gently. Let it act for at least 20 minutes.
- Then rinse with running water and rinse the shampoo of your choice to remove all residue. If you want, finish with conditioner.
